The Volunteer Hub is Live!

Dear Class of 1961,

Your webmistress can’t figure out how to change this to fit our webpage.  Sorry.  We are excited to share that the Mount Holyoke Volunteer Hub that launched earlier this year is available to assist you with your volunteer work! A central, online resource that lives within the my.mtholyoke platform, the Hub provides a comprehensive tool kit for volunteers who support the Offices of Admission, Advancement and the Alumnae Association.

Getting Started

To access the site you will need an MHC username (listed below) and password. If you need to create or reset your password, please use the following directions.
    1.    Go to the Password Profile page. Enter your username and temporary pass phrase. Click “Enter.”

           a. Login/Username:
 ebarrett
           b. Temporary pass phrase:
unique that history parks
(The pass phrase is used to create a permanent password. This phrase is randomly generated and is not expected to make sense or be grammatically correct. This pass phrase expires within 24 hours.)

    2.    On the next page, review and click “Yes, continue.”
    3.    Next, enter your preferred password and click “Change password.” (Once your password has been changed, it can take a few minutes before you are able to log in to the Volunteer Hub.)
    4.    You are now able to log in to the Volunteer Hub.
    5.    When directed to “Sign in with your organizational account” please enter your username (listed above) and password.

Navigating in the Volunteer Hub

Once logged in, you will be on the Alumnae homepage. Please navigate to the Mount Holyoke Volunteers page by hovering over the menu button on the upper, left-hand side of the page.

On the Mount Holyoke Volunteers homepage, you will find information for all college volunteers, including the directory and the “In Memoriam” and “Lost Alumnae” reports.

“My Volunteer Roles” on the upper, right-hand side allows you to navigate between or among the different department sites if you volunteer for more than one office.

Please spend time on the Hub exploring the various resources and tools. As you navigate you might find it useful to refer to the Volunteer Hub User Guide, which you can also view within the Hub.
