Accommodation at the Venue Itself
If you have limited mobility and would like to be prioritised for limited rooms available at the KAB itself, please contact us at mhc.munich.2024@gmail.com with your requested dates and whether you are willing to share a room.
The KAB has provided us with the following allotment to be paid centrally through the symposium organising team:

Hotels in the Area
Book your accommodations to stay in Munich for the symposium! The following hotels are good options close to our symposium venue, the Katholische Akademie in Bayern (KAB) in the Muenchner Freiheit area.
Several of them are holding an allotment of rooms, as specified below, with the passcode MOUNT HOLYOKE COLLEGE. Of course, more options are available further from our symposium venue, and short-term apartment rentals can be found as well.

- To reserve a room, the hotel requires credit card information (name of holder, number and expiration date) by phone. Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival at midnight. Later cancellations are subject to a charge of 80% of the room rate per room and booked night. Cancellations must be made by email and are only valid after written confirmation from the hotel.

Airport transfer and other travel information
For travelers arriving at Munich International Airport, the easiest way to come to Munich is to take the airport train and then the metro or a taxi to the hotel.
