07/30/2022:  Eating Intuitively with Christine Schaglenhauf was fascinating to get her RD perspective on eating for your health and optimal nutrition.  Here’s a PDF of her presentation below, along with suggested websites for additional research on plant-based eating:

10/27/2021: Our Fall book read was House of Gucci by Sara Gay Forden (MHC’82) ~ meticulously researched and thoughtfully written, it’s an engrossing story that lives up to its tagline of a ‘”true story of murder, madness, glamour and greed.”

May 26th: Zoom Class Happy Hour – it was an anniversary of sorts, as we graduated on May 26, 1985!

04/14/2021:  Nomadland Movie Chat: this docu-fiction drama won multiple awards at the Golden Globes, BAFTA, Venice Film Festival and Toronto Film Festival, including: Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Screenplay and Best Director for Chloe Zhao, MHC’05!  We thought it would be great opportunity to connect with to talk about the movie and  Update: wonderful to see the film garner Best Actress, Best Director and Best Picture Oscars!
