Reunion Travel and Tips

Our tenth reunion is quickly approaching and registration is now open! Here are a few travel and registration tips that we hope will make your life a little easier.
Airline Discount
American Airlines is offering us a 5% discount for flights to and from Reunion! Simply use promo code 2354AE when booking your flight on aa.com.
Reunion Ride Board
Need a ride from the airport or a local city? Or, do you have room in your car and could offer a classmate a ride? Check out our message board to add your ride request or to offer a ride.
Registration Tips
You can register online, and get up-to-date reunion news, by visiting alumnae.mtholyoke.edu/reunion.
Make sure to check out the class of 2004 schedule on the registration website to see what events are included in Reunion.
Your parade costume as well as the Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday evening party are all included in your registration fee and don’t need to be registered for separately. In order to get into these events you will need to wear your name badge.
The Saturday breakfast (mentioned above) will be a light continental breakfast served in our dorm and will include Atkins donuts and beverages. If you are looking for something heartier you may want to sign up for the college sponsored Saturday breakfast listed on the registration site for $9. Please note that the college sponsored breakfast will not be held in our dorm headquarters.
Registration is open through April 15—Register today!
Scholarships
Don’t forget—we have limited scholarships available to cover 50% of reunion costs. Email Jen by April 1 if you are in need of financial support. We have three scholarships available that cover 50% of class and college reunion charges, so if we have more than three alumnae apply, we’ll do a random drawing.
Babysitting
We are still working with another class to offer babysitters on Friday and Saturday. We’ll provide updates as soon as we can on our Facebook page. You can also email Jen or Kristina for more information.
Help us Win a Champagne Toast!
The Mount Holyoke vs. Smith College challenge is on! The classes of 2004 at Mount Holyoke and Smith have challenged each other to see who can make the most gifts (of any amount) to support women’s education. The women’s college with the highest level of participation wins bragging rights to a higher participation rate and a champagne toast paid for by the College at our Saturday dinner during Reunion! The deadline to participate is Friday, May 16 at 9 p.m. Make your gift now by visiting mtholyoke.edu/giving and help us beat Smith!
We can’t wait to see you all this May!

This event is sure to be enjoyable. It’s so nice if our alumni will also organize similar to this reunion event.
