Naomi (Gates-Monasch) Fuhrman and Yakov Fuhrman are happy to announce their marriage on July 1, in New York, NY. They currently reside in Pittsburgh, PA.
The biggest updates in my life are that on July 1st I got married to an AMAZING man named Yakov Fuhrman. Then, in the same week, proceeded to pick up my life in NYC to move to Pittsburgh, PA. The wedding was absolutely fantastic and I was privileged to spend the weekend with lots of friends and family, including MHC women – Chrysanthe Courniotes (’04), Shehrnaz Kemal (’04), Rachel Hammerman (’04), Claudia Catalano (’04), Katie Stebbins Remesch and her husband (’04), Laura Jennison Reed and her husband (’05), and Lauren Ruffin (’03). We also celebrated our engagement and marriage with JoAnna Jarboe (’02) and her wife, Jenny when we were celebrating with my family in CA. I’m also working on a Masters in Library and Information Science, working at a school in Pittsburgh, and looking for additional job opportunities here in Pittsburgh. I would love to connect with any MHC women (or anyone else) in the Pittsburgh area.
