Let’s kick-off the Year of the Ox with some dumplings! During this casual cookalong, we’ll prepare a simple Cantonese-inspired filling, make our own wrappers (or use store-bought ones), fold our dumplings, boil them, and taste them together. There will be ample time to chit-chat, compare folding techniques, and get messy (especially if you opt to participate in the wrapper-making). Happy Lunar New Year!
