Lunar New Year Cookalong – Vietnamese-style Fried Spring Rolls

The Club’s Lunar New Year Cookalong returns, this time to welcome in the Year of the Tiger! During this casual cookalong, we’ll prepare Vietnamese-style deep-fried spring rolls.
We will follow this recipe, but to speed up the glass noodle hydration process (recipe instructions step #1), we’ll utilize the tips in this video (see: 00:40~02:02).
If you don’t have ingredients such as wood-ear mushrooms or beansprouts, you can skip them or try adding in jicama and/or kohlrabi.
