Meet the NorCal Club on Zoom for a festive gathering! Bake along or simply chat and socialize during the holiday season. 

Speculaas are spiced shortcrust cookies, which are very popular in the Netherlands. This version is “gevulde” or stuffed, with an almond paste marzipan-like filling. Both marzipan and speculaas are traditionally eaten around Sinterklaas, the 5th and 6th of December when the legendary figure rides into town on a white horse bearing presents for those who have been good.
