The closing event of the April in Paris film festival at Trinity’s Cinestudio will be an 8:00 p.m. screening of Sembène, the widely acclaimed documentary about Ousmane Sembène, “the father of African cinema.” The film’s director, Samba Gadjigo, professor of French at Mount Holyoke, will take questions after the screening.
A wine and cheese reception at 7:00 p.m. will precede the screening. Admission is $9, $7 for seniors and students with valid ID.
