We three classmates have volunteered to lead the Class of 1969 Celebration Committee for our fiftieth reunion in May 2019. We are now inviting you to nominate your classmates for class awards. We also encourage you to nominate yourself. A fiftieth reunion is a time to be proud!
We have created this form to help you think about the kinds of ways that we can celebrate each other. As you consider the categories, please see the suggested qualities listed as examples. You or your nominees might not have all these qualities. They are just examples of what might fit in the category. You may nominate yourself and more than one classmate for a category. If you need more space, please attach a page.

The class awards will be presented during the dinner on Saturday of reunion weekend. A great class awards ceremony requires great participation from everyone in the nominating process. We are counting on you to respond!
