Happy New Year! At last, it’s 2019, less than five months until our 50th reunion, Thursday, May 16th to Sunday, May 19th.
It’s not too late to get your essay, picture and survey in for the reunion book and your nominations to the celebration committee. This is the LAST CALL for these submissions, which must be received by Judy Oliver and Rosanne Matson Welshimer NO LATER than Friday, January 25th.
Thanks so much to those who have already responded to these requests. If not, all the materials can be found on our class website. To make it even easier to respond, here’s how and where to send your materials:
- · Your personal essay and a recent picture go to Judy Oliver at email@example.com. For inspiration and formatting instructions, click here.
- Our class survey, which we think will be interesting and fun for you to complete, will be summarized in the reunion book. Click here to add your voice!
- The celebration committee’s letter & nomination directions can be found here. We will share and celebrate each other’s stories on Saturday night.
The full reunion registration packet will be mailed by the end of February along with our letter outlining the highlights of what we think will be a memorable and fun reunion, full of opportunities to connect, reflect and inspire each other. We hope to have a great turnout on campus, but if you won’t be able to make it, you will still be able to order the reunion book for the nominal cost of shipping and handling, thanks to our anonymous classmate’s generosity.
While we’re thanking classmates, we’re grateful to all of you who volunteered to help various committee members with the book, program, hospitality, social activities, and the memorial service during reunion weekend. You should be hearing soon from the committee chairs. We’ve also attached the Reunion Committee list once again; please feel free to reach out directly to committee members if you want to help.
We wish you a very happy new year, appreciate all your responses to our many requests over the last few years and look forward to seeing you in May.
