The Bookends of Life. In an exploration of the beginning and end of life, Mary Alice Martin ’15 will share her work as a doula and Marcia Gagliardi Brennan ’88, a Rice Univ. Professor of Art History and Religious Studies, will discuss the work she has done in palliative care at MD Anderson, focusing on the surprising small moments that matter.
