Takes approx. 30 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1\/3 lb. Chinese yellow leek<br \/>\n1\/4 lb. grounded pork<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt and a pinch of sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon corn starch<br \/>\n16 spring roll wrapper<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Instructions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Chop leek into small bites, mix it with grounded pork in a large bowl<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Add<b> <\/b>1\/2 teaspoon salt, a pinch of sugar, and 1\/2 tablespoon corn starch into the filling and mix evenly<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Thaw frozen spring roll wrapper at room temperature and get one sheet at a time<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Put 2 tablespoon leek and pork mixture on the center of the wrapper diagonally<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fold it like an envelope and use water to help glue the edge<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Use a small cooking pot, add oil to 1-2 inch deep.
