What\u2019s its backstory?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<p>The recipe is easy to prepare and works well for any occasion including holidays and regular home meals. The recipe never fails to accommodate nearly all tastebuds!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5>Korean barbeque beef (\u201cBulgogi\u201d)<\/h5>\n<p><em>Serves 3-4. <\/em><em>Takes approx. 30 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3 TBSP (tablespoon) soy sauce<br \/>\n3 TBSP sesame seed oil<br \/>\n1 1\/2 TBSP sugar (brown) or honey<br \/>\n250-300 grams of sliced beef (tenderloin)<br \/>\n1\/2 TBSP minced garlic<br \/>\n1\/4 cups chopped green onions (scallions)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup chopped onions<br \/>\n2 tsp (teaspoon) sesame seed<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Instructions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare sliced beef in a separate bowl. Sprinkle some black pepper as needed<\/li>\n<li>Dice or chop onions and green onions into bite size. Mushrooms can also be added<\/li>\n<li>Prepare marinating sauce: mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar in proportion stated above. Mix in minced garlic and sesame seed (optional).<\/li>\n<li>Pour sauce over sliced beef to marinate. Add in the prepared vegetables and mix together until sauce is evenly well marinated.<\/li>\n<li>Place the marinated beef in a container and let sit in refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes so that flavour is well preserved.<\/li>\n<li>Heat pan over medium to high heat.
