What\u2019s its backstory?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another great leftover turkey recipe.&nbsp; I scribbled it down at speed from a tv recipe.<\/span><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h5>Turkey Stroganoff<\/h5>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Takes approx. 30 minutes (and however you cook your rice).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sliced cooked turkey cut into pieces<\/p>\n<p>Onion<\/p>\n<p>Sherry<\/p>\n<p>Sherry vinegar<\/p>\n<p>Dijon mustard<\/p>\n<p>Chicken stock<\/p>\n<p>Corn flour<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e8me fraiche or cream or yogurt.<\/p>\n<p>Parsley sprigs to garnish.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Instructions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Soften onion in butter. Add cooked turkey \u2013 cook a bit.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, then sherry vinegar and a little sherry and turkey or chicken stock. Cook for a while.<\/p>\n<p>Add corn flour (dissolved in water). Stir and cook until slightly thickened<\/p>\n<p>Add cream or whatever. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Serve over rice. Parsley sprigs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Source:<\/span> I wrote it down in haste from the tv. Sorry \u2013 no measurements \u2013 just go by your own judgement depending on how much turkey you are using \/ how many people you wish to serve.
