You’re Invited to Join the Club!

Membership Information for 2023-24

The Mount Holyoke Club of Hartford area now includes members from all of Connecticut except Fairfield County. Recent events have attracted alums who graduated from the 1950s through 2023.

You’re a member of the Club if you pay dues and complete a membership form. However, if you graduated in 2022-23 or in 1973 or earlier, you’re exempt from dues and can become a member just by returning your form.

For the 2023-24 program year ending June 30, 2024, dues are:

$10 for the Classes of 2018-2021
$35 for the Classes of 1974-2017
$15 for Associate Members (Parents, Friends)

In addition, alums from all classes may make voluntary donations to the Club Treasury and/or the Alumnae Scholar Fund. The Club will make an aggregate donation to the Alumnae Scholar Fund at the College by June 30, 2024. Donations are tax-deductible as provided by law.

Three Ways to Pay Dues

The Club offers three ways to pay dues and donations — by PayPal, Venmo, or check.

You may make payments via PayPal@MHCofHartford or via Venmo@mountholyokeclub_hartford. If you use PayPal or Venmo, please add your name and class in the notes section. The Club’s accounts are private, so only the Treasurer will be able to see your information.

Checks (payable to Mount Holyoke Club of Hartford) may be mailed to Amy Johnston, 25 Walbridge Road, West Hartford, CT 06119.

Please Complete the Membership Form

Whether you pay by PayPal, Venmo, or check, be sure to complete the membership form by clicking on the link and downloading your own copy from Google Docs. Please email your form to the Club mailbox at MHC.of.Hartford@gmail.com . Or, if you pay by check, you may print your form and mail it with your check to Amy Johnston, 25 Walbridge Road, West Hartford, CT 06119.
